“I have had two crowns done here. Love the method, highly recommend it. Thanks to Dr Dave Richards (crown #3) and Dr Ernie Park (crown #4). Also had teeth very well cleaned by Rebecca Woledge. I would never go back to the old fashioned method. My first two crowns were done elsewhere and the process involved two weeks with a temporary crown and it was not nice. Natural smile has the latest and greatest technology which actually makes the process of getting a crown very manageable for wimps. One appointment which includes decent coffee while the crown is created on site. Awesome.”

“Dave, Stacey, Natasha, and Rebecca excel in customer service, professionalism, and care. My wife and I both needed to find a dentist for our routine check-ups after relocating to NZ . Dave’s team took great care of us. For my treatment Dave took the time to understand what my expectations were first, then provided great advice on the work that was required. In the end I needed to have a crown replaced which Dave took care of this week. Dave and his team throughout the journey have been able to keep great contact around appointments (in particular with the varying COVID alert levels - Dave even personally calling me when we had to move an appointment), Rebecca was also caring and provided a great service. Dave has also integrated excellent equipment and technology into the clinical practice which along with his passion for dentistry I believe takes his customer along a great path towards the goals established. For me this included being aware of the options throughout the process in having the crown replaced, seeing the milling machine work to create the crown in the office, and being able to finish the appointment program with a great sense of confidence in the outcomes. Highly recommended and definitely a 5 star practice for anyone currently looking for dentist.”
